Ordering

1.Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk/ spam folder. You may also call or email us to confirm that you provided the correct email address for your order. You can check your status of your order here.


2.Can I change or cancel an order?

When we receive an online order, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order." You may contact us within 24 hours if you wish to make a change or cancel. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed or canceled.


3.What if I need to change my address or add apartment number?

We can change your address or add apartment number before we ship the order out, so please email us as soon as possible.


4.Price Adjustments

PNG will provide a price adjustment if the price was lowered within 10 days of the purchase.



Pricing & Payment

1.What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently only accept PayPal and credit card, we are working towards accepting other payments in future. Please check with us soon for any further updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


2.How do I pay using PayPal?

Once you have submitted your order, you will be taken directly to the PayPal website where you can sign in and make a payment for your order through PayPal.


3.How do I know my payment has been successful?

Once you have paid for your order through PayPal, a notification email will be sent to confirm your successful payment.



Shipping & Delivery

1.How do you handle missing packages?

Please note, PNG is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages once the courier has picked up the package from our facility and is in route. PNG customer service will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.


2.I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?

Orders are shipped via our own shipping methods. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse and we do our best to process orders of normal products within 3 business days of ordering. If custom products, it will take about 10 days to ship it out, so please be patient, we will arrange the shipment immediately the products are completed. We do reserve the right to hold and confirm an order if we believe there is indication of inaccurate information.


3.How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of you order by the tracking number we send to you. If you have any questions about your order you can contact customer service at support@postandget.com during our normal business hours.


4.If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for this?

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. PNG does not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. However, customs duties is the buyer’s responsibility. Not all products will incur customs duties.
